For orders higher than 50€ in Italy the shipping cost is on us (we pick up the tab, so to speak)!
We post with GLS in Italy and DHL for the rest of the World (for some Countries, like Russia, we use EMS though).
If you place and pay your order within 12:00 A.M. (unless something crops up), your parcel is going to be posted the same day.
Couriers pick up parcels from Monday to Friday: orders placed during the weekend are prepared the very next Monday.

Occhio D'anatra SRL can ask new clients to have their order posted to their billing address.
All the orders of items available are prepared and posted the day of the order or the next day, provided that the payment went down well and the items are actually available (availability are accurate but we always double check).
Occhio D'anatra SRL might delay the shipment for reasons of force majeure.
As a rule of thumb everything you see in our website is available (you can see sizes, colours and so on).
