You can return your items (provided that you haven’t worn them), within 14 days from the delivery and you can either have a swap, a size change, a credit that you can use on our website to get other items for the same value or simply get refunded. The shipping cost return is on you. If you want us to take care of the return, we can do it. Below the cost of the service (this cost is going to be taken from your refund).
1 - email us at ordini@gigole-store.com pointing out the Order Number, the items you want to change and if you’re going to post the parcel by yourself or want us to arrange the return;
2 - pack everything and write our address on the box;
3 - post it by yourself using the courier/postal service you like or arrange the pick-up following the instruction we’ll send you via email.

We can arrange the pick-up of your return using the couriers we work with. You just print the pre-paid label, put it on the parcel and book a pick-up with the courier. Depending on the Country you live in, it might be necessary to print an invoice.
The cost of the service is going to be taken from your refund (I.e. if you paid 100 € and the service costs 25 € your refund is going to be 75 €
The final cost will be quoted at approval of the return by email and will be based on the following table:

In this case the cost to return the items is entirely on you and won’t be refunded.
On top of that GIGOLE-STORE.COM won’t be held responsible for losses, damages due to non proper packing, delay on the return delivery.
Pack the items carefully with their boxes, labels using the same box in which you got them. If this isn’t possible just use a neutral, reasonably sturdy box to ensure the goods a safe journey (so to speak). If the items get damaged we couldn’t accept your return, sorry.
Check that every items is in the same conditions as when you get it, please.
Check that all the labels are spot-on and still on the item.
Every item can be tried on just to check the size. You can’t wear it nor wash it (if you are thinking to return it, of course!).
Shoes should be tried on a clean surface and returned with their original box. The original box is part of the item and can’t be used as a return box itself (I.e. you’ve got to put the shoes inside their box and their box inside another box).
In case of a defective item email us at ordini@gigole-store.com. We kindly ask you to provide us with as much information as possible about the defect you are experiencing and to send us photos. Our team will review your request and provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
Once we get the return, we’ll check that all the points aforementioned had been followed properly: if everything’s ok, we’re going to refund you using the same way you paid for the goods (i.e. Credit Card), shipping cost excluded.
The reimbursement usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
If you paid cash on delivery, the refund is going to be by Bank Transfer. Alternatively you can get a credit instead of a refund, credit of the same value of the item/items you returned. This credit doesn’t expire.
If the order was paid by cash on delivery (contrassegno), the refund will be by bank transfer minus the cash on delivery fee (contrassegno) applied at the purchase.
If the order was paid by Paypal, at the moment of the refund will be kept the Paypal fee that Paypal takes from the payment.
